By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you ("the Commissioner") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement") between you and Byakko白虎 ("the Artist").

General conditions
- The artist reserves the right to reject any order without a detailed explanation of the reasons.
(Likewise after accepting the order, with a refund).
- You are purchasing digital files only. No physical copies will be provided or shipped.
- The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The artist has the right to use, display and reproduce the work for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to prints, merchandise and online portfolios.
- The Commissioner may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
- Unless specified, artwork is for personal use only. The commissioner may not reproduce, distribute or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Artist.
- The Commissioner may post the artwork on social media (with the Artist's consent), while including the Artist's name (and preferably the source).
- If the Commissioner wishes to prohibit the Artist from public posting, an additional fee may apply. (50% of total cost).
- The Commissioner pays 100% prepayment before the artist begins to perform the work.

process
- Once payment is received, a briefing is discussed between the commissioner and the artist. (Pose, emotion, background, color palette, the character itself, etc.).
It is desirable to have references, collages, moodboards to speed up the process.
- The artist will submit the sketch for approval. Once the sketch is approved, minor changes
and adjustments are free of charge.
- The artist will keep the Commissionaire informed with screenshots of the progress of the work until completion. (Not necessarily if it's not significant to the commissioner).
Execution time
- Turnaround time depends on complexity and ranges from 5 days to 3+ months.
Privacy
- The commissioner and the Artist shall not disclose each other's personal/contact details to third parties without the express consent of the other party.
- When publishing the artwork, the Artist may indicate the commissioner, if the commissioner
is against making himself public, he must inform before publishing the artwork.

Addendum
- Depending on the number of characters an additional fee is charged.
(+1 character +100% of the total cost).
- In the process of working on the artwork edits at the sketch stage are free of charge. Further
at the stage of line and coloring, depending on the complexity, may entail an additional fee.
The customer will be notified of the additional charges and must agree prior to making changes.

- Implementation of JUST backgrounds only. (Fill, minor embellishments, pattern; $5-25$)
- Payment is made via PayPal.

Warning
- As an artist, my style is constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you receive (linart, coloring, composition...). These are very minor changes, but please keep this in mind.
